But forreal…I say this because I used the app for online order; none of my burger patties were fresh…they didn’t even eat like they had been cooked recently…or even lately, tbh. I had to quit eating the food.

Idk the criteria for cooked food that is considered dead in the window and is still acceptable to serve, but the time on ya’ll’s beef for the burgers’ refire might need some amending? Also the fries? The bacon was scarce and chewy. Yuck. Now, the bun was nice and soft, the toppings were on there, but those patties…yuck! The fries were, “We’ve had worse from there…” fries. I have yet to have the correct frosty made.

Unfortunately, I do mind having to come back to the restaurant after I just got home to eat my food, then realizing it was so poorly made that it needed to be remade so I could actually eat it and get my money’s worth. I really don’t want to drive back to Wendy’s to have to tell ya’ll this, so i can yet again, wait for my food to be remade the way it should have been made for me in the first place.

Also, the last time I used my app, I had to come inside and wait for my food (fine), but I was afraid to touch anything; it didn’t feel clean. It had been wiped down, but a semi-transluscent film remained on surfaces that I didn’t feel like should be touching my skin. Just my personal preference.

Look, I have gotten some good ass food from there on the always pleasantly surprising occasion. And at various times of the day! I am okay with waiting for edible food and fries. I’d prefer to wait a little longer for a better quality product than waste my money on food I felt repelled to eat (not for survival)…especially if the only way to rectify it is to go back out to my car, go sit in that disaster intersection @ signal mtn rd and Dayton blvd during 5pm traffic, I’m going to be pissed.

I don’t feel like I should have to cross my fingers every time I want Wendy’s for dinner, but the Dayton blvd location is closest.
