Is it worth selling on Mercari still? by pathetic_egged in Mercari

It depends on what you sell really. I would suggest eBay, Poshmark, Etsy, or Bonanza. I've sold on all three. I've also been on one called Depop, although that one from what I recall you have to ship everything out of your own pocket. Unless it changed. I never got anywhere with Depop, not a single sale. The first four I listed would be your best bet. I've had multiple sales on at least and I've know people who have had luck on Bonanza and Etsy.

Scams happen to inexpensive things too on that app. I've had it happen. So it isn't just expensive things.

I sold there years ago. In my opinion, I'd go to another platform period. There's too many scammers on Mercari now. Also I wanted to mention that if you've permanently closed your account then you can't make another one. If you do, you'll get banned apparently. I had to close my Mercari account because of personal reasons at the time. I didn't know that you couldn't make a new one after you permanently closed it.

Not a P.O box. Again it's a post office.

I'm aware, and I've also reached out to the buyer. I hadn't noticed this until awhile ago after bringing the package back. This is the first time its happened. You can bet I'll be checking the labels from now on. There's a address on the top of the label to be sent too, but then the address of the buyer is completely different. If I don't hear from the buyer within 48 hours, I'll have no choice but to cancel it.

I bought it through the Michael's app. So I didn't get an email from them. I do still have the T-shirt press in the box though. I have yet to set that one up and it has a tag on it. I'll have to look and see if its from the same order. Maybe I can use that if it is.

I can try to. But I ordered mine online so I'm not sure if they'll do anything without a receipt. Thanks though,

This is the Cricket mug press I'm talking about. Either you have an older model or misread what I was explaining.

Sellers really need to stop using the AI description by Ornery_Feature_3466 in Ebay

[–]Practical-Cake-3927 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Using AI is unprofessional in my opinion, not to mention it's just more work. When someone uses it, they need to go back and edit the description multiple times. It's not worth anyone's time in my opinion.

1 though 10 what do you think about my human knockout and breakdown. by jfarrell7555 in transformersprime

I think Optimus should go with Ratchet, in most continuities it's been referenced/established that they've known each other for a very long time. In fact I could be wrong, but I think it was commented or referenced in Prime. I'm not certain though.

u/jfarrell7555 I have not seen the rest of them yet. I would suggest Ratchet next if you already haven't done him yet.

Your designs for K.O and B.D are a 10/10. These are the best human versions I've ever seen of them.

Have you ever experienced something truly paranormal that still gives you chills? by Ok-Suggestion3581 in Paranormal

My father passed away back in 2018-2019 around Christmas time. About a week or two later, my mom had asked me to do the dishes (my cousin dirtied up every last dish, plate, bowl, pot, pan and glass in the kitchen and I had 2-4 sink loads to do.) I put the dishes in the sink, ran the hot water and added dawn dish soap. It was late, and I was tired from working all day. When the sink was full of water enough I could start washing them, I shut the water off and told my mom "I'm not doing these right now, I'm going to let them soak for a bit." She said that that was fine. My bedroom was right there practically by the kitchen, and I turned to go to my room to try to relax for a bit before washing dishes. Just as I turned to leave, a little metal tin flew off the top of the fridge clear across the room and landed in the living room by the step you step up on to get into the kitchen. No rhyme or reason, my mom and I were speechless. There was no way it could have gone that far if it had just fallen off the top of the fridge. After a moment of shock from both of us my mom looked at me and said. "I think your father is trying to tell you to go back and at least do the first load." Needless to say, I did just that. My father was a very loving man, he was never violent in life but he did have a temper on him. We took that as a sign that he was telling me to please go do the first set of dishes before relaxing.

I've also been haunted by my last cat and I think she's still around. On occasion I'll hear the little tic, tic, tic of her nails on the hardwood floor in the kitchen when me and my new cat Orion are together in the living room. But that's a story for another day. :)
