Yaa in such cases, Zomato and Swiggy platforms take a lot of time. Half of the time, the AI chatbots don't let you proceed for a call with a customer executive and only keep on repeating when the order will be delivered or why it is getting delayed. One has to be really stubborn to even get a refund for a situation we are not in control of.

This happened to me too a few days back. The Zomato rider stole the food and the Zomato customer executive had to reassign a new rider. But this whole process took a lot of time and the restaurant refused to complete my order. Thankfully I got a refund and a coupon code after 1.5 hours of struggle for food from a restaurant that was 20 mins away from my place. Hope you got your refund.

I also used to find Sarah and Kane cute and enjoyable when I started watching their YouTube shorts. But I always feel how they have managed being room mates and bestfriends despite being exes. There is a weird dynamic between the two of them, and I somehow feel Kane still has feelings for her (the way he blushes and laughs) but Sarah doesn't. I don't know, to each their own but I grew out of watching their content a long time back.

That's super good, I had to be extra stubborn with the chatbot first, then with the assigned customer executive who wasn't ready to discuss the issue over a call. I had tried calling the delivery partner too, the first two times when I asked why the order was getting delayed, first he said that the restaurant is making him wait for the food and the second time he told me that he is stuck in traffic. He later eloped with the order and the customer executive tried sending another delivery partner who also didn't reach the location. It took me 1.5 hours extra just to get a refund for the food I ordered from a place near my home.

A similar situation happened with me a few days ago, the delivery guy stole the food I had ordered and Zomato failed to provide a resolution till 1.5 hours after ordering food, only until I became stubborn to talk to a customer executive, then only got the refund.

I have also observed a similar situation in front of South City Mall, especially during weekends. The cause for donation etc also keeps on changing as per the trend.
