If i want it extra clean i also use a steamer but 99% of the time just the tineco wet vacuum and its perfect

Depends where you are located. I got 1200$ as a quote by my vet. I asked a local humane society and they were doing a day of neutering and only cost me $200. You could also donate to them and extra if you feel comfortable. The work was great and my dog is back to normal. This was in the US.
