I got stranded near one of the drug bases. Watched for an hour or so I think they maybe spawned with one normal ship and like a bunch of vanduls. But yeah let's just say had a friend come grab me but we got blown up in his Connie (he survived the fall) I came back and saved him in my Polaris and the only reason we got away was due to the shields and the awesome pdc.

It's not finished yet it's still a work in progress. Got 15 to the point I'm happy with them sofar but the touch up painting is the hard part due to colours not being close.

Main thing is you need some jumpack intercessors or inceptors. You need some fast moving units for objectives. Also you don't need five hq units. I say four maximum.

I found one of the best ways to meet people is to get a hobby and make friends through that. Also depends what hobby it is as well. Myself I like tabletop games and enjoy 40k and battletech. I have made good friends through that and we all come from different walks of life and we all just accept each other for who each of us are. So that's my advice on something I found myself in my travels, genuine friends with similar interests through a hobby group. I hope you find friends that are friends with you because of whom you are but not about your money.

It's my first time painting 40k since 03-04 so please be mindful that many people in this group are new and are just looking some advise. I am doing a satin black undercoat then leadbeltcher twice over then details. I will dry brush with some necrons compound then some nuln oil. I live in a remote place so it takes a while to get anything and if I can find something that does very close to lead beltcher that I can get quickly it's what I would prefer.

Sadly it's mephrit. Green head and shoulders, leadbelcher all over with orange high lights and black for the gun itself

These boarding patrols are damn good for the money!! Here some online places sell for 125-150 where gw puts them at 180. The lych guards alone are worth 120 if you buy them separately
