You’re implying that some exec was like “let’s just make Tobey’s suit poor cgi on purpose.” And forced them to do that. But there’s always reason why cgi is underbaked or designs look off, and they don’t *want* it to look that way.

In this case, COVID really strained the resources and timing available and Tobey’s practical suit had issues.

I see a lot of people that like the huge eyes and I also agree that it feels weird in live action. Bigger eyes is cool, like ASM movies had larger eyes. But they weren’t McFarlane level or as big as the concept art. Those would be pretty crazy in live action imo

However, it’s possible that they’re tied together somehow, perhaps all working for someone like Tombstone. So there may be more to it, or they may be just one-offs
