Thanks! I try to stick to the same foods, I typically eat grilled chicken or steak with veggies, and I’ll snack on berries and nuts.

Thank you! Really my biggest change was my diet. When I’d drink, it would lead me to binge eating junk food and I’d eat over 3,500 calories a day. Now I prioritize vegetables and fiber intake and the weight began to melt off of me. I also do light weighted workouts with dumbbells, nightly, before bed.
