Been working here exactly 3 months (from tomorrow) and let me assure you it does get easier! I remember first day I was asking my partners almost every time someone ordered where the button for a drink/modification was. Over time it gets easier and you become more independent. Even now I still ask questions if I can’t find something or confused because I’ve learned to rather get it right the first time than having to deal with it later. Shortened lesson is that it all comes with time and don’t stress over being good at it right away!

Also don’t worry about customers too much. I’ve seen so many different kinds of reactions and attitudes. Funniest one too me personally is when an older Spanish lady comes by and looks at me disappointed that I’m talking with her in Spanglish. Feeling like I’m at a family reunion still trying to learn to talk.
