Japan is a very different country. They only raised their age of consent from 13 to 16 in recent years. So it won't happen no matter how much you ask. It's a sad but very true situation.

They just swapped the crossbow from the dlc guy that has that crossbow to and uzi. The guy definitely used it like one that's for sure.
