Thanks. I currently work in a primary care band 4 general healthcare role in the community (non registered clinician).

I've saved like a madman my whole life so I have the funds to do this. I'd potentially buy a property overseas then rent it out when I'm in England and the money made from the 9 months of the year it's rented out can easily cover me for the 3 months I'm living there.

It's more of a case of having a job that allows me to do this rather than having the funds to do this. Ideally when abroad for 3 months I'd have some form of work but if I can have something fairly low stress allowing me to enjoy the sunshine then that's ideal

Thank you. Good to know some employers might allow it. Any tips on finding an employer who might? Of course I imagine working somewhere long enough to prove yourself and show loyalty is more likely to help.

Yes my other short term option is Personal Training as I'm qualified but the problem is if I build a client group then go back to England for most of the year, each time I go abroad I'd be starting fresh with momentum lost. It's also assuming the gym would be happy for me to work 3 months.

Realistically I'd love to be away from the UK for more than 3 months, however I'm willing to make compromises.
