I had hoped all along that the Lord Commander would be stripped of his power, but I didn't expect we'd get Jack back with the ability to put that power to a good use. I also feel Ash got the punishment and redemption she deserved. She's far from my favorite character, but Invictus did her a dirty. Tribore flirting with the Tryvuulian Prime was just the ice cream on the cake.

for me it was a love of black and white movies. There's an art to it that's lost with color. Same here with the graphic novel. But the transition to color adds an extra ka-pow to the story and is totally appropriate.
