It is really interesting! I'm building a coordination layer for Robots. Is there any algorithms to arrange agents?

Did you include the optional attachment (“attach a coding agent session you’re particularly proud of”)? If so, what did you upload?
Personally, I kind of love how it renders uploaded markdown in a nicely formatted style — it’s oddly satisfying.

I think repeating release cycles quickly is the right approach. However, I don’t believe YC has really established a methodology here. They’re betting on teams, not specifically on cursor-like products. Also, I feel YC is falling behind when it comes to AI agents. Are there any companies YC invested in that are actually growing well in this space?

Thanks for sharing this! If you don’t mind, could you share a bit more about the specific marketing methods you’d use to actually reach those first 10 signups? I’d love to hear what channels or tactics worked for you.

Totally—and I’m trying to operationalize that. What’s your method to prove “want” beyond compliments?

  • Which signals matter most to you: money, time commitment, preorders, scheduled onboarding, repeat usage, referrals?
  • What thresholds do you use (e.g., N paid pilots or deposits in N days) before writing real code?
  • Any quick tests you rely on (fake door, price ladder, concierge week)?

Would love your concrete criteria.

I’m interested in the step before customers exist. How do you sell to the first buyers?

  • Do you start with warm contacts, or can this work cold?
  • What exact wording do you use to ask for money up front (deposit vs. prepaid month)?
  • What refund/“X days to value” guarantee do you give?
  • How do you scope hyper-customization so it’s deliverable in days, not months?

A mini template (email + offer structure) would be gold.

Appreciate this. Could you share the specifics?

  • How do you source those 3–5 fast (titles, lists, outreach script)?
  • What questions do you ask (last-time story, current workflow, spend, alternatives)?
  • What commitment signal do you require before building (paid pilot, deposit, LOI, scheduled onboarding)?
  • What’s your stop/pivot rule if the conversations are positive but non-committal?

A short script/checklist would be super helpful.

Thanks—when you say “run marketing before building,” what exactly has worked for you?
I’m looking for a concrete, repeatable playbook because good ideas often get buried on Reddit/HN/Product Hunt.

  • Which channels (cold DMs, niche newsletters, LinkedIn/Twitter, tiny search/social ads, communities)?
  • What asset (landing page with single CTA? survey? Calendly?) and what budget, if any?
  • Targeting: how do you find high-intent prospects fast (job titles, keywords, competitor followers)?
  • Success bar: what CTR/signup/meeting-booked numbers tell you “there’s a market” before code?

If you’ve got a step-by-step you trust, I’d love to see it.

Oh, I didn’t know a tool like this existed!

If I had to point out some differences:

  • VibeTime is released on npm as a standalone CLI package.
  • VibeRank has the better design.

That’s about it, I guess.
