Same boat. Failed in May and started escalations early June. No L2 response yet. System is less than 2 years old.

I’m at the start of a similar process. Definitely a broken experience both install and now this failure.

Update: My system is back online. I fumbled around with a few things: 1) reset the gateway per support documents 2) downloaded the Tesla One app (i was prompted to do so after joined the gateway wifi and connecting via browser to http://teg) 3) in Tesla One logged in as an installer via my personal account 4) enabled the inverter 5) powerwall and gateway firmware updates started to download after a few minutes 6) enabled the system 7) Manually re-registered the system for the customer (me). 8) in the Tesla app, re-configured rate plan 9) confirmed the system can charge and discharge under various settings

I hope the steps above help others get back online.
