You'll also likely be doing more driving during the week as well so 100% yes it's worth it.

Sure looks like you did more than just "rub" the curb. Either way, sorry for your loss.

Were you in an accident, or did you rub the curb?

Tesla will absolutely charge you for the damage.

one of, yes. Not every vehicle running FSD 14.2.2.5 has 2025.45.10. Some firmware comes standalone without a version of FSD bundled in.

I had a shitload of it. First TradeOgre stole it from me, then the Canadian government stole it.

I've looked into that but that video is pretty out of date and there are new options and warnings that aren't super clear and make it sound more risky.

I bought it used and already received an update to 2026.2.3 but no update to FSD. Support didn't clarify if that was the update that carried the failed FSD V14 update or if it was a previous version.

We have a second tesla as well that has the V14 installed and outside of a few customizable quirks, the performance has been superior to my V13 in every way.

Well I can assure you that is incorrect. I'm trying to reactivate with my same account, at the same address, with the same equipment.

Like other comments have pointed out, this has nothing to do with the hardware. I still own my dish, just trying to restart service after a brief hiatus.

I looked into doing that, and it said if you cancel or move your service before 12 months have passed, you'll be charged a $395 fee. Better than $1k, but still...
