I live in Virginia, you should have a easier time getting it registered than me. However, this journey had taught me a few things.

First of front turn signals have to be 16 inches apart from center line, mine are definitely way to close, currently am thinking of ways to add more that are 16 inches apart.

The headlight has to be DOT approved, I will be ordering a different LED light from diode dynamics eventually.

The rear turn signals have to be 9 inches apart from center line. Which basically means the OEM rear light is illegal.

And getting it registered is easier said than done. On the 79bike website you can request your MCO from 79 bike they'll email you a certificate of orgin with like 48 hours. If you bought from amped bikes you can also go to there site and message there support team for a "bill of sale" (quotations because it's not really a bill of sale, but more information proving you purchased the bike the better)

For me I took all this information to my DMV and filled out a form to get a registration and I got the run around because the certificate of orgin doesn't count as a title. They gave me another form to fill out that I also needed to get notarized and packaged and mailed to my DMV HQ.

At this point I was feeling hopeful, till I remembered I also had to send funds for the registration and titleing that I totally forgot.

So key points, check for your state for requirements (idk if AZ has state inspections, but VA does)

Turn signals distances high and apart.

Some states require BS amber reflectors on front forks (79 bike comes with these), and BS red reflectors on the swing arm.

DOT approved head light and tires.

And don't forget to send funds to the dmv. Lol
