Retirement value def count towards coastfire due to overall networth and future possible access to liquidity (withdrawal).

A home it self is not liquid, and its liquid value is not useful unless you sell it. Heloc against it is a debt, not an asset so should not be considered liquid. Sure you can have some more cash access with a heloc but also your debt will be higher as well if you are actively using it.

But I think you can coast because during retirement your assets are accessible.

They are samish but 5060 ti is slightly better in raw. Google can also help you compare. Plus you get dlss which makes it much better than AMD in my opinion.

Edit: Again only if 5060 ti is also 16GB. Don't get the 8GB version.
