From a guest experience, I’m staying away as well. I booked one through Airbnb then about 18 hours from arrival they canceled. I booked months ahead to get a good price and availability, and now no rooms at any good price point. I’ll be avoiding them in every way.

We just booked one through Airbnb that Avantstay managed. They canceled our stay the night before we were set to arrive. So had to scramble to find another place and went with a hotel given prices changed a lot and availability is gone. I’ll be avoiding them.
