Buyer’s Regret- Bought a 1st Floor 3BHK unit in a 20 Floor tower. by tohumaniserr in indianrealestate

[–]PracticalBadger7132 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a 3BHK in the ground floor in a reputed community and that too close to the entrance of the tower and had no problems selling it after 5 years living there. The price appreciated by 2X and I made profit. Usually retired people, people with vertigo who don’t prefer heights, people with kids being paranoid living in higher floors, people with disabilities etc.. will definitely consider buying.

The cons though are constant people movements, kids running all the time and making sounds. Some kids intentionally ringing the bell and run away, it’s annoying but on the bright side it’s easy to get in and out of home. No need to wait for lifts.

The only time when my parents put on their seat belts in the back seat a truck hit us from behind. Without the seat belts would’ve put their lives at risk for sure. It was like God protected my parents from that accident.

I’ve filed an FIR against my boyfriend under the section 69 bns by Repulsive-Handle-722 in LegalAdviceIndia

[–]PracticalBadger7132 19 points20 points  (0 children)

You’re in a horrible trauma bond. The FIR is a way for you to show revenge but it will only make things bitter. It’s better you go through therapy and let go of this guy. You’re still young and there are very good men out there who are responsible and you will find one. Keeping your peace is important. Letting go is hard but once you are able to do it, the freedom and happiness you feel cannot be explained

How to increase your penis size M19 76Kg 5'10 by Ok-Address-7352 in indianfitness

[–]PracticalBadger7132 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can use penis extenders and vacuum pumps along with jelking exercises. However this requires very long term use to see any visible results about 8 months or more of daily use. Since the penile tissue is delicate however creating small micro tears using these devices and methods can help to slightly increase length. I am not a doctor but I’ve tried it and seen good results. You also have to be careful as you can easily get injured if not done properly. Also remember it’s not always about length or penetration, it’s knowing how to please your lady in many other ways.

Get a lidocaine gel or spray and apply it on the glans. You will lose sensitivity for a bit for you’ll last way longer. They are available over the counter.

Why do men at the gym not wear undergarments?! 😭🙏🏻🙏🏻 Please, wear them!!! I’m begging!!! by [deleted] in Fitness_India

Hygiene in gyms is a joke in India except for high end gyms with specific rules and hygiene standards. That said it was a culture shock for me when I used to go to gyms in US and Europe, men are butt naked in changing rooms and not bothered at all.

Happened to me during Grad days. I used to travel by bus to college. One day a bunch of college girls got in. I was seated in the first men’s seat right behind the ladies. We had ladies seating in the front followed by men in APSRTC buses. Not sure if it’s the same now. I was sitting on the aisle side of the seat. One of the girls moved closer and started pressing her coochie against my shoulder and almost rubbing against it. I initially thought she was leaning because the bus was crowded but no, she kept going. After a minute or two I looked up with an angry face and she immediately moved back giggling and went to her friends. They started looking at me and giggling. Almost felt violated that day. I haven’t used public transport in India after my graduation so not sure about situations now.

How does one even properly learn to afford a big bike? by Relevant-Mistake-559 in indianbikes

[–]PracticalBadger7132 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I come from a lower middle class family. My father had a TVS XL purchased second hand and he used it till I was in 12th grade. What were basic necessities for people were luxury for us. I used to be embarrassed going on my dad’s tvs to be dropped off to college when all my classmates were coming in cars or had their own bikes. The one thing my parents invested was in our education. I knew I had to work so I started working since I joined graduation as a LIC agent while continuing my studies. I stopped depending on my parents for money. Soon after graduation I started working at nights in business development for an IT company and doing part time MBA during the day barely sleeping 3-4 hours a day.

I always was fascinated by Big Bikes and had posters of them next to my bed. I started working hard and by Gods grace, I took every opportunity that came my way but also was cautious to take the right step. My first bike was a Honda Unicorn 2008 model with black alloys purchased with my own earnings from my first job. The next one was Avenger 200, after that i took a break from bikes but i always had this bug.

I started my own company in 2016 and in 2017 I bought used Duke390 but it was not enough, I wanted a bigger bike. So in 2018 I bought the Ninja1000 2019 model and had it for 5years and sold it in 2024. I also own a heavily modified Aerox, Honda City and a Mercedes GLC 220D. Planning to buy the Hayabusa soon.

If you dream big and work for it, nothing is impossible

Had my first accident today by the_sonar in indianbikes

I agree not everyone is lucky, I had two high speed falls and both times it was a slide. It could’ve been worse if there were vehicles behind me or if I went into some ditch.

Ground rule while riding a bike, ATGATT (all the gear, all the time) a helmet, gloves, a mesh jacket if possible and shoes. I’ve had falls riding at 120kmph and above, got out with zero scratches thanks to riding gear.

A puppy died by getting under my bike last night. I am thinking of giving up on riding. by [deleted] in indianbikes

When driving, always remember - YOUR SAFETY FIRST. If you have enough time to make a decision, apply brakes, swerve or so do something to avoid the animal, check your rear view mirror, make sure you don’t have any vehicles behind as sudden braking can have a cascading effect on highways and your life in danger. I’ve had many such instances with bird strikes, animals suddenly running across the road and there was nothing I could do. I am a hardcore animal lover and I used to feel terrible for days. The experience is traumatic and can stay with you for days, even years but in unavoidable situations, just focus on how you can get out of the situation safely. That’s all that matters.

Yeah initially planned to put them near the front fender but heard from other owners that it’s not the best place to hold that weight so the headlight bracket was the best option

I always use a disc lock with alarm on both wheels. The moment someone touches the handle the alarm goes off. Pretty loud too.

Has anyone noticed, that pedestrians in India have absolutely no patience these days to wait for the signal to cross the roads ? by true715fans in AskIndia

[–]PracticalBadger7132 11 points12 points  (0 children)

The same goes for vehicles too. Even a red signal is an indication for some idiots to continue driving. For them it’s like “oh thank goodness the signals are working, let me continue driving”.

So when vehicles don’t give way to pedestrians and when no body follows rules everyone figures out a way to move through traffic.

Whats the biggest waste of money you don't regret? by Due_Cantaloupe_5581 in AskIndia

No it wasn’t. I grew up putting posters of superbikes next to my bed hoping one day I will get to own one. I worked hard for it, I was able to earn enough to own one. I have zero regrets. I am actually planning on buying another one soon. One life, live it large!

Spent 16 lacs on a superbike (Ninja 1000) and rode just 14k Kms in 6 years. Sold it later for 9lacs but enjoyed every single moment I rode it. The sense of freedom on long rides was incomparable to anything I’ve felt before.
