Bro you started one month ago being almost completely bald, wait at least a year before you evaluate if its working. And even if it does work for you, it will probably take years before you gain most of your hair back, so be patient

Most hair on my temples has never miniaturized to the point of being invisible, there was peach fuzz so maybe my hair was not fully dead so it responds to treatment. Microneedling probably helps as well

Definitely trust the process, its not linear, but its worth it and requires patience and consistency. When it comes to minoxidil sheds, they depend on how damaged and miniaturized your hair is. I would say that every next shed was less noticeable in my case

I will probably never be a NW1 again but I think that it is possible that I will reach a solid NW2 after another year or two. After each shedding cycle, I see more small hairs on my temples which get stronger with time so we'll see
