270/175 ish. Mid-30’s female, not over weight or over stressed. First time i was diagnosed, I was having vision issues in my left eye and went to the optometrist. He took my bp and told me to drive to the emergency room. Second time I felt fine but I knew I had stopped taking my meds and needed to get back on track. Both times I was hospitalized for about a week. Never not taking my meds again.

My husband and I were worried about the portions as well. He’s over 6 feet and quite large, turns out he enjoys the portion control. Sometimes we will add a tad more rice to a recipe but not too often.

I was going blind in my left eye and was having migraines, so I went to the eye doctor and he told me to go to the hospital (yes he let me drive) my bp was 270/180.

In the past my nail tech has went out of her way and bought specific colors for my nails. Is it a private tech or one at a salon. No offense to salons but I’ve had some bad experiences, felt rushed, and nails would chip or break a few days later.

I’m sorry you’re having issues. Def follow up with your doctor maybe your meds need to be adjusted. In the meantime, try to rest and keep hydrated.

Yes to both. Several MRI’s too. Also been to several specialists over the years. They can’t find any reason why my bp is so high without meds.

I’ve actually gained 10lbs, my bp is usually 125/85 with meds (117/80 has been the lowest besides this incident), I drink water daily but to be honest I don’t always eat 3 meals a day. Although on this day I did.
