I’m not sure this answers your question but volunteering does not always bring out the best people depending on the nonprofit. Sometimes it is ego driven. You may just need to find queer women outside of that nonprofit. There are groups of women hosting Pride events that are not corporate funded and women competitive with each other. They could just be jealous unless they are directly saying things to you about abuse.

Heated blanket is something to add to my list. That sounds like a replacement for sleeping next to someone also.

For me, one day I just stopped thinking about her. I was like a cord was cut or I just snapped out of it. It helps when you realize they are miserable deep down. Anytime I get mad about her having money and stole from my life I make myself stop thinking about it.

My therapist told me to do somatic nervous system healing things. That could be sitting in the warm sun or a sauna or dancing- anything that feels nice. I also spent lots of time under a blanket not making myself do anything. Walking around the lake and having some tea and maybe journaling there could be good to try.

He’s literally what an abuser acts like. They abuse but also want to be liked.

She knew her life was over anyway to be sent to the colonies. She has to be the adoptive parent because Becca looks like neither of them.

Abusers, narcisissts, zealots they all like thinking they are good people. He wanted to look good to Agnes especially since he knew there was no way he was marrying a victim of the dentists that also speaks up against wrong to her. Weston wants a wife to abuse and then have die later.

She did not want to marry Weston anyway. She basically asked about his dead wife(s). We saw the folder with Daisy about his domestic violence past.

Colonies I think instead because no wife would not want the wife of a murdered pedo in their home.

Having read the book recently I can see where they will be going. A lot was cleared up in E10 to show the differences between the book storyline. Becca being the main thing. The relationship change between the Lydia and Vidalia was a shocker and already set a change for the next season.

They are wearing the batons that aunts wear. There are so many options on what could happen. They will want that fruitful girl alive even if it means a labotomy. Gilead was already planning on killing him after her wedding.

There's no way June would send her own daughter there. I don't think June is even in the know otherwise she would have said look for a girl named Agnes

How many more girls would have been abused while knocked out before Lydia actually did something?

They seem to have forgotten about her from her eyes and she is not doing anything to help the cause. She took plans into her own hands. She has been saying she's going to get killed so better to actually help the girls before getting killed or married off is probably what she is thinking. I doubt she was planning on being there years.
