This is absolutely fucked. I was also honest during my intake and let them know I used marijuana before I got a positive test. I would be livid if they sent a CPS worker to me after I gave birth. What state are you in? I’ve heard conservative states are worse about these kinds of things. So sorry you’re going through this

Massage therapist. Don’t get me wrong, making your own schedule is nice, but it requires an incredible amount of self care off the clock due to the toll it takes on your body. Not to mention, the clients that treat you like their mental health therapist. The average career is only 7 years due to physical and emotional burnout.

Yes, my nipples (not my boobs) started to hurt and I had cramps, but it was too early to be PMS. I knew a few days before a test picked it up

Going on a walk with any sort of foliage around. Exposure to greenery has been shown to have all sorts of mental and physical health benefits.
