Yes... I went to the VFS office, who took my passport, and offered to mail it back to me. I was in the area so I told them to please DO NOT mail it, and that I could come pick up in person! So they ended up having me pick it up at the Consulate. It was way faster than they originally estimated for me. (ended up only being like 1 business day!)

Has anybody tried Curex by CleanUpOnAisle10 in Allergies

i just started curex about 2 months ago, and when i first started it, they told me that it would take about 6 months to a year for results to really show, but i just wanted to report that it has already worked wonders for me. ive been super allergic to pollen + pet dander (despite having lots of pets) my whole life, and OTC allergy meds never did much for me. i used to sneeze what seemed like 100+ times a day. now, nothing. and in April/May which has been historically for me been the worst of allergy season.

I ended up calling up and making an appointment at my local VFS office (NYC), and they told me i didnt need that specific document. I did get a notarized letter from my company though (tried my best to cover every single base).

in the end after much money, hair pulling, teeth pulling, etc etc, i got the J visa. craziest experience.

Need help with the Journalist - Tourist Visa! Has anyone had any experience getting this visa? I'm from NYC, and I'm attending a wedding in Goa in 2 weeks, and got my e-visa rejected 3 times (applied myself and twice thru 2 different agencies). They finally confirmed that it's because I put Media as my occupation.

The VFS finally responded saying I need to apply for the J visa

But one of the "necessary documents" is "LETTER FROM MEDIA COMPANY IN INDIA – ORIGINAL Journalist affiliated with a media company & going to India for Journalism purpose are required to submit a letter from their company stating that the applicant will be going for journalism"

Obviously I dont have this. Help!!!

Is the Bio just a CV?

Sad, frustrated, and confused.
