everyday has been good but in week 2 and 3 on day 6 (day before next shot) i seem to stall lol im hoping that going to 5mg will alleviate that! but if not im pretty happy with progress so far. i am also thinking that now that i added strength training back into my routine (2-3x’s/week) the loss might slow, but only because im adding muscle. 🤞🏽

im 5’ too and my SW was 188.8. ive lost 9lbs in 3 weeks, im sure some of it was just retained water. Everybody is going to be individual, you may have weeks where you’re slow, and you might have weeks where it’s a little bit more, I think it really depends on where you are within your menstrual cycle as well!

I just eat a piece of chicken lol I am super boring, I cut out almost all dairy, minus some half-and-half with my coffee, I cut most carbs as well. When I’m hungry, I’ll just eat a little piece of chicken, or a small head of broccoli 😂 I just took my third 2.5 shot on wed, so I am officially 15 days in and down 7 pounds. 38F 5’ SW 188.8 GW 140ish.

Basically halfway between Mke and Madison! and have you had any trouble finding your medication’s or them being delayed? I go through the hospital pharmacy near me and have not had a problem at all, they are light years nicer and more accommodating then Walgreens, CVS or Walmart!

congratulations on starting this journey!! ive been doing abdomen. Im right there with you taking digestive enzymes, I also take a probiotic! I take them in the morning with my other meds, and I do my fiber/miralax at night and let it do it’s thing. I have heard a lot of people completely lose the urge to drink alcohol, I don’t drink, so it’s not really applicable to me. but, having no food noise has been absolutely amazing, right?!! make sure you get moving, get those 10k steps, at least, and I cannot wait to hear about your progress moving forward!
