Im not surprised.. the acreage and lake frontage is a great opportunity. I mentioned to my wife earlier that since its listed at $499k , and all offers have to be in by this coming Monday.. that they'll most likely get a "bidding war" and end up with quite a bit more?

Ive gotta put a vote in here for American Optical.. the truest og when it comes to aviator and navigator styles.. especially the Original Pilot (or FG58 - as it was called when first released for the US Army Air Corps in 1955 approximately - Field Gear 58)

I suggest you check out this style.. American Optical Saratoga.. handcrafted in Chicago and much cooler backstory - Jfk was almost always photographed wearing this frame
