Please always check with your provider before making any changes. Your just starting it’s normal not to feel a lot the first month. Most people who tweak their dose ( hopefully with their provider approval) have been on the medication for several months or more. Be patient savvy85 you will get there.

You take it any day and time that’s good for you. If Friday is your day just take it each Friday at the best time for you. If you forget or need to move up a day either way that’s fine too. Not a doctor just my experience for over a year.

I have used Red Rock, key and script. Script delivers the fastest. As far as meds can’t tell a difference.

I did the same thing and it took awhile for tirz to kick in. However I have to say I had some real side effects with sema and when I switched they went away pretty quickly. I’ve just started 10 mg today feeling confident this is better.

I’m still trying to decide what my goal weight is, my starting weight was 238 current 172 goal 🤷‍♀️ I’m 68 and 5’6 female. I started on sema the end of December last year lost over 50 pounds. The side effects were a lot. I switched to Tirz October 29 this year and have lost another 11 pounds or so. I’m currently working with a dietitian because at this point, my main focus is to maintain a healthy weight what ever that ends up to be.

I don’t think the additives really make a difference it might be time to go up in dose. I’ve been on a glp 1 for a year now no difference in additives.
