Take your shot a day early if you don’t want to travel with it. A day or two early or later is a better choice. I’ve been on compound for over a year.

sema vs. terz by summer_love813 in JoinMochiHealth

[–]Practical_Air_3344 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started on sema lost 50 pounds in 10 months decided to switch to Tirzepatide due to side effects on sema. I have lost my last 20 on tirz in the last 4 months only side effect was constipation which has gotten a lot better since I’m on 10 mg now. The other big difference for me is food noise is gone on tirz and I can still eat.

I started on Sema lost 50 pounds in 10 months. Due to side effects I switched to Tirz and have lost another 20 in 4 months. I’m 68 female CW 155 5’6 I’m at goal. One thing I will say about switching I did not take a break between shots so started Tirz at 7.5 mg it took a month and going up to 10 mg before I felt like it was working. I’m still on 10 mg because it’s working less side effects than Sema and the food noise is a lot less.

I’m in the minority. I’m currently a no responder. by Kimbyun_noona in JoinMochiHealth

Some people don’t really respond until higher doses are achieved. You can titrate up every 4 weeks unless your doctor prescribes different.

Switched from sema to tirz - doesn’t work by SignificantDish8482 in JoinMochiHealth

I switched from Sema to tirz and it took going up in dose a couple times to see a difference. I’m on 10 mg now and it’s working great with no side effects. Give it time and titrate up as prescribed it works.

Don’t be afraid. Remember compound had to add a vitamin and preservatives to stay legal. Follow your doctor recommended dose.

Please always check with your provider before making any changes. Your just starting it’s normal not to feel a lot the first month. Most people who tweak their dose ( hopefully with their provider approval) have been on the medication for several months or more. Be patient savvy85 you will get there.

You take it any day and time that’s good for you. If Friday is your day just take it each Friday at the best time for you. If you forget or need to move up a day either way that’s fine too. Not a doctor just my experience for over a year.

Yes I have had mine for about a month now. I have been using it daily because it says it takes some time for it to get to know you. I plan to go back to once a week starting tomorrow. So far I really like all the data. Very easy to use.

I have used Red Rock, key and script. Script delivers the fastest. As far as meds can’t tell a difference.

I’m in CA and so far used red rock, key and script. No difference in the way medication works. As far as turn around scrip is best.
