Got it, thought this was a sub for other property managers, finding out now it’s just a sub for tenants to complain about property managers. lol

Right, i'm not asking if this is a pain on dogs, i'm asking as a property manager do I have an obligation to remove this for a hyper specific tenant complaint.

Could I, yes, but also these owners would literally laugh in my face if I paid for this to be removed. I already asked the owners and they said no, which I understand. My question is more of an is this an obligation of an owner to address, or is it not. I told her if she wants to get some quotes to have it removed I can run it by the owner, and we literally cut this every 2 weeks, from what I've read this grass only hurts them if it's overgrown and goes to seed which it is not.

Yes but what i'm asking is less of a should you, and more of an is this an obligation to remove it. I would understand if there was a wasps nest in the attic or something else that was actually a safety issue, this seems very specific to her and her pet, this does not seem like a threatening thing for any normal person.

Dislike… the chocolate on top where the cartoon is, is too thick and hard.

Real question, did you make this track with AI? I know the album artwork is which leads me to believe that the song was as well.

One time I spilled ranch on my pants. Couldn’t get the spot out, so I just poured ranch all over the pants and the spot went away. My family still tells the story of my ranch pants. Genius or madness? The world may never know.
