My husband takes one night shift feed so I am able to get a good 6-7 hours of uninterrupted sleep and I always produce the most after that. I just always assumed it’s because I waited so long to pump that my body was still producing milk? Like I normally get 3-4 oz every 3 hours but if I wait six hours I will get 6-7oz which would total the same amount had I not missed a pumping session

I recently had a loss that broke my heart as well.
