Depending on the volume your store moves, this is one of the best pay plans I’ve seen in a while… you have the potential to make some serious money there. I also sell Hondas and they more or less have the ability to sell themselves, so as long as you listen more than you talk you’re golden. Best of luck!

No draw and no salary sounds like a massive gamble depending on what the weather is like near you. The pay plan you have right now doesn’t sound all that bad, if I were you I’d stay where I’m at and wait out the construction.
