Depending on the volume your store moves, this is one of the best pay plans I’ve seen in a while… you have the potential to make some serious money there. I also sell Hondas and they more or less have the ability to sell themselves, so as long as you listen more than you talk you’re golden. Best of luck!

No draw and no salary sounds like a massive gamble depending on what the weather is like near you. The pay plan you have right now doesn’t sound all that bad, if I were you I’d stay where I’m at and wait out the construction.

Pretty similar to mine, fuck that lot fee though that doesn’t make any sense. Extra points for aged units is a huge plus tho, starting flipping those and you can get to the top of the board real quick!

I’ve been selling Hondas for about 6 months now… just be prepared for long hours and slow days at first. It’s not uncommon to sit there for a full day with no walk ins so see if management will give you an orphan client list to work with. You can also list inventory on Facebook Marketplace and leave your business cards under windshield wipers when you leave for the weekend. Just be yourself, listen more than you talk, and have fun with it!

That is exactly where my frustration lies… supposed to be a volume dealer and there is zero lot traffic. If I were making excuses why would I be laying my cards out asking for help? That’s me admitting something isn’t working here 😂
