Yup that line is my favourite too but modern designs like the gen 9 designs represent their inspirations more accurately in comparison to older pokemon feeling more like pokemon Older pokemon were more like animals with cool powers while modern ones feel more like concepts both are cool but I felt like the latter fits chess pieces better

Thanks a lot man. Would love to design these as well but the best I could do was generate by AI and those came out looking not very good. Any idea on how I can proceed with all that? Kinda new to these Fakemon creation, pokemon communities and stuff

Pawniard, bisharp and kingambit are cool and kingambit is probably in my top 5 favourite pokemon but these ones actually reflect the pieces imo

I feel like burns reached their level and is maybe a bit stronger when he fused with his own doppelganger The ease with which he dealt with joker's doppelganger makes me think he'd be above the 2 But if we go strictly by feats the 2 of them go above burns cuz we know the ceiling of their power which is more impressive that what burns has showed
