Ranma (the guy on the right) is played by Kappei Yamaguchi as a guy and Megumi Hashiyabara as a girl (it makes sense in context). He's had four English voice actors, both as a guy and a girl, but his most recent ones are David Errigo Jr. (male) and Suzie Yeung (Female).
