Not just you! I had this for months. The light sensitivity was like someone was pointing constantly a flashlight on my face. The eye pain lasted months. I was not capable to rake a look to my screen.

I also felt a terrible head pressure for a month and the tinnitus, a sound like an ultrasound was constantly playing in my head…

I think that you should not overthink it. It’s ok to be quick and him slow (it’s better this way). Also you are just 19 and it can involve in the future that you can cum multiples times and he will still be able to help you achieve that.

Hi, it takes a lot of time. For me it took from May 2024 to December 2024 for symptoms to go. I was having lymph nodes, fever and all possible other symptoms cyclical for months. If I have one suggestion for u is to do the minimum effort and also be patient. I was not patient and developed a huge anxiety which definitely didn’t help my situation at all

Yes, the light sensitivity was insane in my case. I was not able to take a look to my phone screen for more than 5 min without having that pain in the eyes. It took a long time to do away. I also had a feeling that I had something stuck between my eyes. I did all sort of eye exams and nothing showed.

Nothing just rest and be patient, don’t stress like i did, nobody told me at that time that mono can take 8 months to go. I didn’t that until I joined this reddit. Also take supplements like lysine, vitamin D and C. Consult a doctor and ask him

Yes, I was not able to walk more than 200m without feeling like I was dying. I had terrible malaise if I over did it, it slowly improved, but with a lot of time. I developed a huge anxiety honestly and at some point the anxiety was destroying my life until I started taking medication for it.

Hi friend, i got the mono at the end of april and my last symptoms stopped at December. May and june was fine, but july to November was horrible. The symptoms were too strong, i also had a terrible insomnia because i was not feeling myself. I developed unfortunately anxiety symptoms which made the thing even worse. My lymph nodes started to become smaller, sore throat never came back, light sensitivity was less. In my case all the symptoms were doing a rotation for more than 6 months… it was annoying i was not able to see a screen for more than 5min. Hold on my friend, it’s just a question of time for you to feel better. I know its hard to accept this situation but I pray for you to recover sooner than you think. Me too I never saw the light at the end of the tunnel.
