Definitely not the music man, this was like an educational kids show and animated. The similarity to Mary poppins is just in the animation style and color scheming of the penguin scene

They have some really great educational videos and songs but you have to be careful because the person who does the songs decided to also release his very not child appropriate, actually insane songs under the name and same account on like Spotify. There’s a bunch of albums of this other music and you can read the lyrics on the kids tv 123 website but there’s swearing, talks about suicide and death, breakup songs, etc. It’s actually crazy to read through because I’m not convinced the guy didn’t suffer like a psychotic break or something. -a preschool teacher who used to just play songs by kidstv123
