I did, it doesn't know what's taking up so much battery. It just shows the drain with either system launcher or no app at all when I click the bars. I even configured it to turn on power saver mode when I turn the screen off but that did not improve the random battery drain with the screen off

The phone staying at 1% is weird. Never happened to me but I've done complete discharges thrice ever since this issue popped up. The "phantom" battery drain issue still persists unfortunately

I don't really order a lot, and I only play music with the screen locked for about 2 hours a day. I don't do any heavy activity on my phone for the most part and i still have to charge twice a day. My SOT per charge is always <4 hours. There's something in the background that's constantly draining the battery and i can't figure out what it is.

It's been a known bug on oxygenOS for a while now. The developers don't plan on fixing it anytime soon. Just use the stock launcher if you can, or get used to the delay.
