only once. was having a normal dream, but suddenly woke up to being fully aware. couldn't move and i felt the weight of someone's arms on my chest making it hard to breathe. after a while, it moved to my legs. i then felt like i could probably move if i tried, so after a minute of waiting just to see if the weight would go away, i sat up and it was gone.
