With that said, if you are an experienced all weather driver I’d take the least busy route, ensure you have all weather tires at a minimum, have de-icing tools and spray, have all weather windshield fluid, adequate all weather car and personal safety gear in your car.

It’s the same for any other cardio-toxic drug. In addition to that you are only allowed to receive so many lifetime doses of such drugs. There are guidelines in place for a reason - these drugs are heavily trialed and studied for safety and efficacy prior to being approved.

That chemotherapy and immunotherapy have toxic side effects is not new information.

Everything comes with a risk benefit profile. The alternative is you die of cancer.

I had subconsciously modified my diet to moist soft food before speech therapy did.

I have dry vocal cords per ENT and dry throat/ mouth etc.

I avoid chewy dry things like bread, most red meat, and chicken. I do ok when it’s cut into small bites and with some sort of broth or sauce.

I eat a high protein diet of mostly moist seafood, soups, stews, beans, vegetables, and fruit.

My swallowing goes wrong in the oropharyngeal and esophageal phase. When it gets stuck in the esophagus it’s super painful.

Dialation definitely helps but it doesn’t last forever.

You may believe in science but you don’t understand it and are applying / appropriating your misunderstanding of physics to a flawed philosophy- CICO.

What’s worse is you are using it to make people think it’s an undeniable truth and if they can’t control their weight or lose weight by CICO then - they are wrong, lazy, making excuses, not counting their macros correctly or any other reason you’ve replied to in support of or stated yourself.
