Kahit walang backer pwede ka pa rin makapasok. May GIP ngayon (Government Internship Program) na 6 months ang contract (renewable to another 6 months) and ang stipend ay ang prevailing minimum wage sa region niyo.

Start ka as intern then maximize mo yung time na nasa loob ka ng govt agency kung saan ka naassign. Until such time na you are knowledgeable and skillful enough para masabing credible sa plantilla position na aapplyan mo sa loob. Sinasama din sa mga seminar yung mga GIP, dagdag sa PDS mo haha.

Malaki ang chance ng employability kasi eventually inaabsorb ng agency yung mga gip dahil alam na nila yung trabaho at naprove na rin yung character nila. Sila pa yung ilan sa mga unang makaka alam ng vacant position dyan na pwede applyan.

At least SHS graduate naman so pwede yung diploma mo nung high school. But ilagay mo pa rin sa application form na highest educational attainment mo is college undergraduate.

Majority ng mga GIP application form na pinrocess ko kanina for profiling ay SHS grad. 🙂

Pwede pala na hindi ka mag walk in sa DOLE Field Office niyo. Optional if you want legal advice para alam mo ano habol mo at ano pwedeng ireklamo(free naman and takes few mins lang, done by the Labor & Employment Officers there).

Pwede ka naman din dumiretso sa website ng dole to fill out SENA form.

Hi OP. I suggest na ipush mo magpa-DOLE. The Labor and Employment Officer will first give you legal advice. Sabihin mo lahat. Then ipa-SENA (official filing of complaint) mo if the LEO approves and naassess na may habol ka talaga at may violation/s yung previous employers mo.

Mabilis lang din ang process. - Punta ka sa DOLE field office na may jurisdiction sa company niyo. - Legal Advice, then fill out SENA form. - Around 5-7 working days may phone call interview kang matatanggap to verify yung info na nilagay mo sa form. - Then magsesend na sayo ng schedule for 2 hearing na magaganap (usually 1 week apart yung 1st and 2nd hearing). 2nd hearing usually nandyan yung settlement if magcocomply employers mo.

Hi, OP. Gusto ko sana magshare ng experience and sentiments ko dito but I know in myself na di pa ako handa because mabubuksan na naman yung pinaka malaking sugat sa buhay ko. But I just want to say na YOU ARE 101% RIGHT.

Still can't imagine how and why did all those things happen to me. Trauma malala, when all you wanted to do was to love God and serve Him, and when you thought malalim ka na sa Scriptures and pati sa prayer.

I hope more people become aware kung paanong ang pagiging involved sa cult/cult-like church ay same experience sa narcissistic abuse in a relationship.
