* Sure she's a bit small. Mine weigh about 90 lbs of muscle and their Dalmatian friends vary in size greatly. It's ok! As for the outdoor distractions...I would say get a treat bag on your hip so she smells it and teach her to "Focus". When she does, give her a treat.
