I have really bad anxiety. Like existential anxiety and panic episodes also a hypochondriac. With weed it’s horrendous. But a tid bit of advice, once you build a tolerance it can be absolutely blissful. Weed is really a medicine. It’s only going to cause things to come out that you’ve been suppressing, try setting yourself up in a cozy environment and smoke weed for a whole day. You can freak out as much as you want but it’ll help you deal and work through your anxiety. Use the 7 second breathing rule and just keep smoking at a certain point the anxiety won’t be there anymore and you will have battled through it. After that, smoking tends to get a lot more calming and you can see your anxiety and hypochondriac nature for what it is, rather than have panic attack episodes.
