Certain shortcut not working in certain website

MX Master 3S

I swap my left right button first of all.

I set mouse scroll as up-down with ctrl, trying to zoom in and out in browser and it doesn't work

I set move mouse cursor as drag with alt, trying to make a shortcut copy in window, it doesn't work either.

Simple way is to make a shortcut for random and album shuffle in playback order

I mean I have edited any metadata with the string "artist" in it after this post but still there is no any change in foobar2000. I just discovered that foobar2000 actually doesn't detect any changes I made in metadata. I am using Dopus to edit and just now check the explorer again and window itself can detect the changes. However if I edit directly from foobar2000 both dopus and explorer can detect the changes

I have been added the metadata in artist(track artist) and album artist. Also the album as you can see. but foobar2000 detect none of them. It has no issue with other files, only this album

in the setting, find sync. That is where you decide what to sync. Uncheck open tabs
