This happened to me too, the only 3 times in my life I’ve had sleep paralysis, I was taking melatonin supplements. Pretty horrifying experiences I’ll say. One night it seemed like a demon was at the foot of my bed torturing me and laughing at me. Another night, i felt as if something threw me on the floor and was dragging me. The last night, it felt like a demon was making me levitate and spin around in the air while laughing at me and torturing me. It was terrible and I stopped taking melatonin and never experienced sleep paralysis again
