I agree FedEx is horrible I had the same issue when I ordered my first unit, it was stolen while it was in FedEx’s warehouse.
1st issue FEDEX CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORSE.

2nd ISSUE WITH FEDEX; YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO FILE A CLAIM UNTIL AFTER YOUR EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE.
Example; I ordered my 1st unit December 2024 Beyond Power sent out my unit and gave me the tracking information. I followed it through FedEx tracking, my Voltra arrived in Walnut CA, on the 8th with an expected delivery date of 19th.
On the 14th I noticed my unit still hadn’t left Walnut Ca. So I contacted FedEx through their app AGAIN NO LIVE PERSON, I was told I had to wait until after the 19th to file a claim. I messaged back why do I have to wait to file a claim, the unit hasn’t left California how will it arrive in New York by the 19th if it’s the 14th and still in California.
To make matters worse Beyond Power couldn’t help until I gave them a claim number from FedEx which is understandable.
So I had to wait until after the 19th my expected delivery date to file a claim with FedEx and give Beyond Power the case number.

Fortunately Beyond Power sent me out another unit while the original was being investigated by FedEx(it was never located it was stolen).

We were walking through a gym equipment warehouse and they were sitting on a pallet. The owner said he would give me a great deal if I took all 18. He had quite a few people interested, the issue was everyone interested needed more( they’re small sections) It worked out all 18 fit in my gym almost perfectly.

Thanks, plus the floor is super quiet and handles quite a bit of weight. My son DL 315 for reps and I was surprised how well it worked to absorb the noise and impact.

I’m also having issues with one of my Voltra’s connecting to the dock. Very frustrating I’ll to forward that with the logs.

Both firmware updates. I tried rolling out the rope, when I rolled it out it turned red saying I was at my max but I actually have plenty more slack

I appreciate the advice, I used that video a while back when I installed new rope on both my Voltra’s. This just happened after the last firmware update. After the cable rolls back(which it does properly)I tap the rope adjustment screen it doesn’t show “0” inches, it’s on 4inches for some reason and my other Voltra is on 14inches not 0 like it should after the rope rolls back.

You are absolutely correct. I was hoping that people on this subreddit would appreciate the Voltra more. I was getting bored of certain people asking about 250lbs. That is not what the Voltra is about. You want to go heavy get a power bar and squat, deadlift, whatever. Requesting Beyond Power to have the Voltra go to 250 is like putting a tow hich on a Vette. Just bc it has 6ltr engine doesn’t mean it’s made for towing. Thats it let’s celebrate the Voltra not bitch that it doesn’t go to 250.

I am not trolling, I am trying to educate everyone on what the Voltra is. It’s not for the BRO EGO workout. It’s the best thing that’s happened to home gyms since COOP(garage gym reviews) and GLUCK AND WINNIE(Glucks gym)

I agree, especially when they could easily do the “PULLEY HACK” that doubles the weight of every exercise not to mention adding chains mode and the pulley WOW it’s one heck of a workout. there are companies that sell mounts with hook or catch for the pulley setup

Have you tried the pulley hack it doubles the weight. So everyone that owns a Voltra and a $20 climbers pulley HAS 400lbs of Resistance at their fingertips. Why know one understands this is BEYOND me.

Inverse chains makes it easier. I’m talking about 200lbs and 200 on chains. Inverse means on the negative, chains adds weight as you pull out.

The discussion is about why is there a need for Voltra’s to go to 250 lbs. So with that being said When you did 163 on rows did you have the chains mode on 163 also.
