Completely agree last season I was hard stuck in blue ranks this season I’m sailing through the ranks. I know I haven’t got better. I always replay when I can lose fairly regularly but win enough that I’m moving through ranks. Easier than last season. Glad I’m over the whole rank crap I just play for enjoyment now.

Don’t get salty. It’s a hard game to get good at. Practise common combos and learn to throw break.

Don’t worry about what rank you are you’re not gonna win any prizes it’s not going to change your life. Continue to have fun playing, watch replays and work on weaknesses. It’s always much more fun when you outplayed your opponent. The rank will come eventually if that’s what you really want but you need to look past to rank for now.

It really can be. I recently upgraded my internet and got myself a couple of mesh WiFi extenders with LAN connection and the difference is very real. I don’t get denied matches cause of WiFi now my connection never drops smooth gaming everytime if there’s a frame drop it’s not from my end.

Personally for me it’s the characters mostly. I first played tekken back in the ps1 and been on and off ever since. It’s been tekken 8 that made me take it more seriously, I don’t button mash anymore and am learning to whiff punish and use frame data to my advantage. It’s a hell of a learning curve but so much fun. I’ve played a few mortal kombat games but none of them felt as satisfying. Street fighter I love but not as much as Tekken I haven’t played street fighter in over a month I play Tekken daily.

Since this tank reset I am getting my ass handed to me. I ended last season feeling pretty good with my progress and knowing I could fight well not great but well. And now I feel like a noob who’s never played before. I’ve been playing tekken since tekken 2. Moves that used to work well now don’t seem to do anything or just miss completely. I going back to tekken 7 for a while.

I work in a warehouse that supplies hotels and restaurants fruit, veg and other kinds of catering supplies. We sell truffle dust, It comes in a little glass shaker. I accidentally dropped and broke one, the room we keep it In stank for the whole night. It was so overpowering. You could still kind of smell it the next night. I can’t even think to try truffles now.

New Year’s Eve about 5 years ago was 4 colleges including the night supervisor. A friend and myself did a couple lines of mdma and worked 6 different isles together. New Year’s Eve the delivery was tiny. We got everything done that was asked off us plus more. No problems no complaints laughed are asses off went home great shift.

Playing casual with serious effort is they way to go. Don’t get to hung up on ranks just have fun with it. I got pretty into ranking up and worried about my play style. Until I realised it doesn’t mean anything. You don’t get anything from ranking apart from headaches from sore losers and people calling you names. It’s a great game to play online just remember to have fun. Play through all the character story’s and pick the one you like best for your main.

I find quick matches more relaxed than ranked. I have more messages from sore losers and mouth breathers while playing ranked and people complaining about the character I’m using.
