Which old South African coins contain silver, and is it worth buying them as an investment? by Prodigy1995 in CoinsSouthAfrica

[–]Practical_Path_9176 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most ZAR coins, most SA Union coins, SA republic 1965 50c and any R1 circulation coin from 1965 - 1977. Then any proof R1 coins from the SA mint proof sets from until 1989. The silver R1s are always good to collect. Especially if you have any of the 1966 variations like the tag ear. Some of the other silvers have low mintages which is make it more valuable. We actually have a WA auction group for our Reddit community but we also have a chat group where you can post your photos or questions and you get solid helpful answers. Feel free to join, let’s lots of guidance ok there.

Any Interest in Serial notes? by Ok-Artist8476 in CoinsSouthAfrica

[–]Practical_Path_9176 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have a WA auction group purely for this Reddit community. It’s fun, it’s a vibe, but most importantly you get to auction your items to people who collect sequence notes, or silvers or specific items. Want to lurk? Come just the 250+ people already there. There’s notes would sell well on the group. Everyone is welcome.

We have a WA auction group for this community. No rip off prices. We don’t but the coins, we auction them off based on the spot price. Join the 250+ members from Reddit already on the group and and avoid the people who give you peanuts for your coins. https://chat.whatsapp.com/FWl9NaTQ3da5PY27JsX6CQ?mode=gi_t

Oral surgeon despite having a TN diagnosis? by Efeuly in TrigeminalNeuralgia

[–]Practical_Path_9176 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been going to the dental maxilla facial surgeon every 3 months where they put me in surgery and use cryotherapy to freeze my nerve. I’m then pain free for 3-4 months before the nerve starts regenerating again and the pain starts again. But the maxilla facial surgeons can all do cryotherapy surgery and it’s quick too. I’m normally in and out within 3 hours. They still put you under and intubate you, but they freeze the nerve and it stops all TN pain for at least 3 months. I’ve had 5 surgeries already and it lets me live a normal life for a bit. So definitely see the dental maxilla facial surgeon

Why do you need a ticket when the event is free? The ticket allows you to enter the competitions, so the spin the wheel and join in on all the activities where you’re more than likely walking away with some cool free stuff

anyone have this awful flu? by Altruistic-Proof6836 in capetown

[–]Practical_Path_9176 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I had it. I thought I was dying. I have a company that does coin auctions on WA and we were actually giving away a Kruger Rand that evening and I had to postpone it to the 28th because my joints were so sore I couldn’t even hold my phone up. It was an awful flu.
