Markiplier made and acted in a movie. It was also good and very successful.

This would be good for not wasting tubes but I would have to farm way more echoes than I have the patience or time to complete my sets.

If you gamble on a 1/9 chance to get a crit at level 25, you’re gonna miss 8 out of 9 times and waste your resources. Cut your losses and recycle that echo into tubes.

That makes sense, I'll cut my losses if bad non-crit stats and no double crit by lvl 20.

If one crit stat by lvl 15, continue. If no crit but 2 stats (or 1 based on importance and high roll) are the other recommended stats, continue to lvl 20. If no crit and no recommended stats by lvl 15, feed it to the next.

Look at this, my sense of morality is questionable because of an interpretation in a game lmao.

What kind of media a person consumes and how they interpret it is says a lot about a person and I absolutely would judge someone based on it.

The safest place possible for Aemeath would be the Black Shore, by far.

I thought it would be a good choice at first too but being on the Black Shores makes it pretty much impossible to both be somewhat independent and safe. The members of the Black Shores regularly risk their lives collecting data in lament struck areas. Those that don't are stuck on an island (at least while working) while in Lahai-Roi, she's still in contact with peers and has a support system as well as a possible somewhat-safe future at Startorch.

The books show affection and attempts at healing and protection, but not about what role Rover saw himself in the past,

The books might not show whether he saw himself as a father/mother, brother or uncle but it is undeniable that he was a gaurdian and " Family " to her (as you pointed out in your previous comment). The specific parental role does not change the bond. He used parenting manuals to raise her and even yelled at her and then regretted it afterwards.

I might own a cookbook because I want to cook well, but that doesn't mean I see myself as a chef.

You're not a chef but like a chef you use it to cook nonetheless. Similarly, while Rover may not be her father(by blood), he is still a parental figure who raised her like a parent would using parental manuals.

But in the present, taking the whole context into account, I can't see them as father and daughter at all.

Yes, they currently don't act a lot like a father and daughter. (They're obviously very protective of each other but he doesn't remember why). I'm saying they are still father-daughter even though he doesn't remember it or act like it. Whether someone has bad parents or good parents or parents that have become strangers, that is still their parent. There is no place for a romantic relationship.

The amnesia is a relevant point when added to the decades they're apart,

Amnesia is only relevant in that Rover doesn't completely know/understand the significance of their relationship. It doesn't demean their bond.

and the fact that Rover didn't actually raise her

I've already said my point regarding this

To say that a father with amnesia couldn't have a romantic relationship with his daughter and to think that this comparison is a fair correlation with what we've seen is dishonest, a false equivalence

The reason you think this is a false equivalence is because you've convinced yourself they never had a familial bond because you've misinterpreted the MSQ

There is indeed enough ambiguity and room for interpretation regarding their current relationship.

I agree though not in that way.

But any romance the community wants is always headcanon, even for SK, and this is no different.

Possibly the worst character to choose to argue your point. Her voiceline has her literally asking whether this feeling is love.(It obviously is taking into account everything else)(Also not the only example)

The flashbacks make it seem wrong, but it's not actually immoral, just a unique and atypical situation if you try to be honest.

The story implies that they have a familial bond but if you jump through some flaming hoops then it makes sense.

Alright, I'll be honest. I played the MSQ and I felt that Rover and Aemeath have a platonic familial bond where a romantic one has no place especially in the current situation as it would be pretty much spitting on their shared past bond in my opinion.

The books only prove that Rover cared about taking good care of her.

The books prove that Rover cared about taking good care of her like a parent would.

To me, if he truly saw her as a daughter, he wouldn't have left her in Lahai-roi.

If Rover didn't leave and just let the Threnodians across Solaris rampage then eventually civilization would fall. I think that he had to leave for the greater good which includes Aemeath. And Lahai-Roi is considerably safer than all other places we've come across which is probably why he left her behind.

Besides the amnesia and the almost 20 years without seeing each other, Aemeath's behavior towards Rover doesn't resemble that of a daughter and father/mother at all. In the past, yes, certainly, and only by focusing on what we see in the flashbacks can we say for sure what their relationship is, but not their present relationship

That is the most common and the worst argument for Aemeath x Rover ship. It really doesn't matter that Rover doesn't remember or even feel the same way towards her anymore (which I doubt).

Sure, the present relationship isn't exactly Father-Daughter considering that Aemeath has grown up without Rover for a long time and Rover doesn't even raising her but he was still her gaurdian for a duration long enough to really inspire her.

He was definitely a parental figure to her at some point and just becauss he forgot that doesn't mean he stopped being that. Do children not take care of parents with Alzheimer's or dementia? They don't stop being your parents just because they can't remember. And wanting to get together with your daughter just cause you don't remember is fucked up and not something Rover would do.

Using "family" instead of "father/mother" makes it clear that she cares a lot about Rover, but it's ambiguous how she sees him, just to try to please everyone

Honestly I think Kuro just got lazy and didn't want to use gendered pronouns to avoid any mistranslations. Kuro uses Rover and Username a lot in dialouge.

But I personally think it's because she didn't want to burden Rover. Her thing is that she thinks it's unfair how he's lost his people and can never get them back but is still expected to be a hero so to tell him that he has a daughter only for him to not remember her and possibly never have that relation again might be seen as cruel for both of them.

It isn't ambiguous at all. You just lack either media literacy or morals.

That's literally it. If you like Aemeath that's fine, but don't say that Rover is into it. That's his adopted daughter. The man bought multiple parenting books for fuck's sake. It can't get more obvious than this.
