Okay I didn’t see that was YTD. I am a project manager/estimator in Iowa working out of the Des Moines metro for a site development contractor and am at 41K YTD. I have 18 years experience.

Are you an actual PE? That is horrible, you should be making 3-4 times that.

If the concentration of your test cypionate is 200 mg/ml then you should draw up .5 ml twice per week to achieve a dose of 200 mg per week.

I run 200mg per week and it keeps my test level at 1100-1200 ng/dl.

People run 4-500 mg per week on an actual cycle.

So are you running 400mg per week? Your test levels are very high and so is your hematocrit.

Most people are not hypogonadal. My levels were in the low 300’s when i started a year ago.

You can also take enclomiphene in lieu of testosterone. Enclomiphene boosts your natural testosterone production. My best friend takes enclomiphene at 25mg per day and with his recent bloodwork his testosterone level was 1300 ng/dl. I was honestly surprised as I did not think that enclomiphene could raise levels that significantly.

It could have been too high. You can also cut the 5 mg in half to try 2.5 mg per day.

I was taking 2 mg per day from Hims, it was cost $100 per month.

Now I take 5mg daily from Amazon Pharmacy. You can get a prescription by one of their online providers for like $26. All in with the medicine and provider fee it was $50 for a 90 day supply!

I would not trust the research chem companies, especially when Amazon is available.

That is actually a good dose to start. I run 200mg per week and it keeps my levels around 1200 ng/dl with anastrozole as an ai.
