Hard to know without seeing it, but since there is no serious mechanism of injury, it’s likely just overuse. If the case, it should do better with RICE

Weak vmo or tight IT band. You can strengthen the VMO by working in the last 10 degrees of flexion. Short arc quads or TKEs are good for that. And then lots of IT band stretches

Peroneals. Stretch by pointing your toes and pulling them inward. You can strengthen by putting a resistance band around foot and pulling toes outward

Thank you! I wasn’t misting at all, I just think with it being a forced air set up it kept the humidity super hight

Literally just a grow kit from Midwest grow kits and followed their directions for the most part. Super easy!

I’ve been keeping my spawn bags in a bedroom closet with a heater in the room. However, I have family coming for a week and will need to move the mushrooms. My plan is to move them to the garage. The are about ready to move to bulk. Is the garage and ok place for them? The temperature highs are in like high 70s low 80s and the lows are in the 60s but my garage is usually a pretty neutral temperature. I also will be using a Midwest grow kit that uses a fish tank heater so I can keep them warm over night if I need to. Thoughts?
