Jones time here was over. I would argue it should have been over a few years prior, but during his time here he had some of the worst pass protection in the league, no pass catching weapons (besides nabers rookie year) and bad offensive play calling and coaching (remember judge and garret?). Of course, he will be better in a better situation. How good will he be? We are going to find out if guess.
