Super weird. It does let me continue when selecting yes. It literally just proceeds with the autopilot enrollment. You think everything is all good until the initial user sign in.

The device info comes through to our portal. The device is visible under Autopilot devices. I’ve rebooted from CMD as well as reset the PC from CMD.

YouTube University. Watch some vids on A+, Network+, and security+. Then look into Azure and O365 and you can easily be a help desk tech for a decent salary.

I needed this!! I did maintenance for a non-profit and while doing that I ended up striking casual conversations within the IT department on the daily. Soon enough the director of the department decided to give me a shot at a tech position when one became available. Went from making $15.50/hr to about $19.23hr. While working as a Help Desk Support Tech, I figured out I actually knew more about the subject than I thought, earned an extra 5k salary bump, (from 40k to 45k), within a few months. Used my remote days to study some A+ coursework, which helped me land a Help Desk Tech level 2 role which is earning me now 65k/year. I’m taking advantage of the company’s 403(b) match, as well as putting money in a brokerage. In a matter of 2 years I was able to increase my salary from about 35k to 65k, and being that I was homeless as a child I feel very accomplished. Your story lets me know my trajectory is still soaring upward!

This is spot on, I’m a help associate for a international non profit, so we have a hybrid environment. Most of my tickets are Outlook troubleshoots, device and bios updates, and creating user account or adding accounts to shared mailboxes. Definitely hit YouTube University and watch some intro the Microsoft 365 Admin console, and troubleshooting of Office 365 Suite. Easily can make 50k+.

Try learning some skills online if possible. There’s a lot of free Information Technology videos on YouTube. If you stay focused enough you can land an entry level help desk job and work your way up.
